Baby boy asleep in grey blankets on a small rustic log bed on a dark timber floor

Who could forget this gorgeous mum-to-be’s maternity session! Well, the time has finally come for her gorgeous little man’s newborn photos. And wow, what a cutie he is!

Parker came in to my Kallangur studio at just 3 weeks old and was already showing his inquisitive and alert little personality. He decided sleep wasn’t for him in the first half of his session so we started with family portraits and capturing that beautiful eye contact and bond between bub and his parents.

And lets not forget to mention the bond between siblings! This big brother is going to be awesome! It was so wonderful to see his excitement while waiting on his new mate to arrive and now watching all the love he showers on him! You can tell these two are going to be good friends!!

And then it happened.. he finally gave in and sleep happened! Wow that was a tough battle little guy. Your determination to watch the world and all that was happening around you, amazed me!

For this session the theme was wood and ‘rustic’. You will find when you do come into my photography studio for your session, that I have a large collection of props, beds, wraps, bowls, buckets, headbands, backgrounds and floor drops to choose from. My studio comes complete with everything we need to make your session a success, all we are missing is your beautiful baby. Of course, if you have something sentimental that you would like included in some images your more than welcome to bring it along to your session.

Black and white portraits are definitely some of my most requested when it comes to session planning. These perfect little toes won’t be little for long so I feel it’s important to capture these precious details.

Congratulations to mum, dad and big brother; and welcome to the world little Parker! I can’t wait to see what life has in store for you!

BOOK YOUR NEWBORN SESSION TODAY! We have had a busy time in the studio lately so it’s important to book early and secure your session. Although I do sometimes have last minute availability, it is always best to make your booking during your pregnancy so that we are able to plan a session to suit your style. It’s also one less stress to organise during that first two weeks when you really just want to enjoy your new little person!
