NEVE – CAKE SMASH AND SPLASH
Gorgeous Neve and her mummy celebrated her first birthday milestone with a “Cake Smash and Splash” photo session held in my studio located in Kallangur on the north side of Brisbane. It was perfect timing for such a special occasion with the session being held on her actual birth date.
Hearts, mint and lots of pink were the theme and doesn’t it look wonderful!
We started the session with some portraits of Neve before her cake was brought in and the mess began! How pretty did she look in the outfit her mum chose! And how about those eyes!!!
And then it began! The look on Neve’s face when we placed this beautiful ‘cupcake’ designed cake in front of her was pure excitement. Within seconds she was exploring, tasting, smiling and destroying her cake, loving every moment of her chance for some messy play time and something sweet to eat.
As with all of my sessions a ‘splash’ followed the ‘smash’. My beautiful clawfoot bathtub is the perfect size for the little ones and makes for some gorgeous candid photos whilst we get them cleaned up for their trip home!
It was an absolute pleasure to meet and photograph this gorgeous little lady’s first birthday milestone! Such a sweet and happy little girl you are. I hope the rest of your birthday was as enjoyable and entertaining for you!!
